Creative Spaces is a programme of free events taking place in beautiful, historic, unusual, overlooked, or quirky spaces in Jersey.

In 2019 the States Assembly made the commitment to spend 1% of Jersey’s annual budget on Arts, Culture and Heritage. In response to this commitment the Government of Jersey commissioned a new Art Strategy – a plan to use the increased budget in a way that benefits all artists and all islanders most effectively. This strategy was published in March 2022.

Creative Spaces is part of the wider Government Creative Island Partnership and the new five-year Arts Strategy for Jersey which has been inspired and shaped by the passion, imagination and commitment of Islanders. 

US worked with the a working group from Arts, Culture and Heritage to develop an identity to promote a summer line-up of performances making creative use of Jersey’s beautiful, diverse public spaces and natural venues.
